Will my gift card expire?

KNOW1 gift cards do not expire.

Where can I buy KNOW1 gift cards?

Our gift cards are currently only available to purchase and redeem at our KNOW1 store location.

How much are gift cards worth?

Gift cards can be purchased in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100 or for a custom value up to $1,000 per day. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Can I apply a discount when purchasing a gift card?

When purchasing a gift card, you cannot apply a store or rewards discount. Gift cards are not eligible for sale participation.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Your gift card remaining balance can only be checked manually by our team. Please give us a call or bring your gift card with you next time you visit KNOW1 and we are happy to check your remaining balance.

Can I add money to my gift card?

Our gift cards are not reloadable. A new gift card must be purchased.

Can I return my gift card?

Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
