Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
How can I earn points?
You can instantly and automatically earn points for each completed transaction at our KNOW1 store location. Make sure your email is being given at checkout to keep stacking points. And make sure the email you use at in-store checkout and your online account email are the same, to correctly combine points. Each dollar spent is 1 point earned. To earn bonus points, create an account on our website. You will receive points for creating an account, signing up for sms notifications, visiting our social media pages, your birthday, your account anniversary, and much more!
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points directly at our store when checking out with the cashier. Once you have collected enough points, you will earn discount rewards to use on your transaction, or save and collect for a higher reward. 100 points=$1 off, 500 points=$5 off, 700 points=$7 off, 1000=$10 off, 2000=$20 off
Will my points ever expire?
Your earned rewards points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as not interacting with our program in ways like redeeming points and making purchases to earn points. Our rewards are also set to expire.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When a return is made, all points associated with that product will be lost.
For example: If you earned 100 points by spending $100 but made a return and was partially refunded $75/75 points, the amount of points earned would be reduced to 25.
Your point balance can go negative if you receive points from a transaction, apply the earned reward discount towards another purchase, and then return the first item. The points will be removed from the account, but since they've already been spent, the point count will be negative.
For example: If you make a purchase and earn 50 points and applied those 50 points for a discount on a second purchase you now have 0 points. If you return the first item, 50 points is removed from your account (which is currently at 0), so the new balance is -50 points.
